Answers:
Price comparisons, constant communication, worked quickly, available & approachable, moved quickly in selling the property,explained things well, quick response to telephone calls, didn't push, kept us informed, very patient, knows real estate.
Question: What extra or valuable services did Ron provide that you had not expected? How did Ron meet or exceed your expectations?
Answers:
"Ron was very understanding of our situation, provided advice & we feel we have made new friends with him & his wife. He was always available & even encouraged calls to his home. We felt he was honest with us & we felt we could trust him. When purchasing a property, what was best for our needs, seemed to override his selling the property."
"Ron kept in touch with us every week and came around to tell us what was going on. Also, he helped us to find our new home. He was more like a friend than an agent."

Other Comments:
We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to The Rocchio Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. Not to sound to crude but it's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.
